This is my latest house to finally be finished, 9 Sun Song Avenue which is right on the seafront in Sunset Valley. It's a 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom house with a Living room, Kitchen, Dinning room, Laundry and Office, with a large back Garden. The house cost £172.199 Simlings full furnished.
Also i was hoping to put this house, and future and maybe past one, up for download if anybody wants them. However i have no idea how to do that so if someone can let me know how to do that it would be really great :) thank you!

Anyway here are the pictures, I'm warning you of a major picspam, as always, because i take so many and then don't know which ones to uses :/ but i got it down to about 2 a room which i think is good :P
Off to the right of the hallway i the large living room, at the end of the living room ans through the wall of books (which you can't see in the pictures very will but its just floor to ceiling bookshelves) is a area for the children to play.

On the other side of the hallway is the office and hobbies room.
The door at the end of the hallway leads you to the kitchen and from there you go through the arch to the dinning room.
The glass door in the dinning room take you to the decked patio area and garden. One half of the garden is for adults, the decking, while the other side has play equipment for the children and the dogs house.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, the daughters room at the back and the sons room at the front, the family bathroom is also at the back.
The overviews - they give you a much better idea of house the house and garden look.

Oh and just one more thing...I go away for a 2 week holiday in like 3 days and i was hoping to have the first chapter of my Appaloosa Plains family up by then but i'm not sure i will have the time, so i will try and get the post written and posted but we will have to wait and see. Nevertheless thanks for looking at this house and i do hope ill have something posted soon! Hope you all have good holidays too! and Keep Simming :)
